Full balance payment of tour cost becomes due on arrival in Istanbul. 'We too are gentle with this earth' Conditions Payments by your credit card taken in Turkey will be calculated in Yeni Turkish Lira (YTL) - the Turkish currency system has now removed its six zero's which signified a denomination of '1 MILLION' prior to 1 Jan 2005. Example 1,000,000 TL ----> now 1 YTL. The payment charge will be subject to local Currency exchange rate at time of transaction. Should we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund this deposit back to you. Should you need to cancel your tour with us, we regret no deposit can be returned. We cannot accept your cancellations after 1 April 2005 (for ANZAC Tour) or 15 days before for Anatolian Tours but we will gladly compromise and take 'Name substitutions' in your travelling party. (Please note that Flight carriers and operators may charge you for this administrative change.)
